Anyone who applies for one of our houses and receives approval for the house and lender approval for the mortgage. If you are approved to purchase one of our homes, you are eligible for grant dollars.

No, there are no family restrictions or requirements. We follow Fair Housing laws.

No, however you must be able to meet the eligibility requirements for a mortgage approval.

You may be able to make some customizations, depending on what point in the process of building you receive approval and how much your mortgage lender approves for you.
